"Nobody likes them, but they sold more records than anybody in the history of the world, including The Beatles. But everybody hates them. You’re a no-class guy if you like ABBA. Why does everybody go see ‘Mamma Mia?’ Hypocrisy! Rank hypocrisy! I’m not embarassed to say I like ABBA, ‘Dancing Queen.’”
He IS a dancing queen...
Think they had ABBA dance parties on the Straight Talk Express? Can you picture him doing the White Man Shuffle? It almost makes him momentarily likable but then you remember that he's, hmm, oh yeah, A RAGING ASSHOLE!

I think Barack is trying to say, "Look at me, my favorite songs propel me forward, echoing my personal message to the masses! I'm young and hip, but still remember my white and black roots! I listen to the music of my youth and the music of the youth of today! I am a leader through and through!" And I think Johnny Boy is trying to say, "I am a fabulous black drag queen trapped in a crusty old white man's body."
Haha, yeah, that's more or less what I thought when reading them. I had a whole thing about the youngness and hipness of Barack's list but it sort of degenerated into a tirade about people claiming to like Frank Sinatra, and I decided it was better to leave it alone.
But also I'm now picturing John McCain dressed as a black drag queen doing the White Man Shuffle...wow.
